Photos from our public holiday
This was taken on the couch while George and I spent some time together as mummy went to the supermarket.
And this was taken last night. Rachel is always telling me to "be careful" or "be more careful", so it was particularly satisfying to be able to take this photo of how she carefully left her glass of red wine... *cough*
Bathtime - featuring small purple modesty flannel
Public holiday today, so we might shoot out to Stanley for a spot of early lunch - we were going to head out to Tin Hau out the car registration, but seeing as there are up to seven different July 1 protests (and seven different road closures), we'll save that for the weekend. George got up just before 7am and hung with us in bed for a while before heading to his mat in the lounge for a bit of play and tummytime. And now he's asleep again - what a tough life...
This photo is from bathtime the other night. He's actually pretty relaxed about bathtime, and this photo doesn't do his lordship any justice in that regard. But he looked rather cute, so I touched it up and uploaded it.

One last photo for the weekend
Gosh it has been a busy weekend for photos, hasn't it? Rachel doesn't like the little border on the left. I just wanted to see what it looked like. Rachel thinks it's too close to the colour of his poo. I quite like it actually (the colour border, not George's poo).
Tah daaaaaaaaaa!

More weekend photos
Bunky had a play around in his jolly jumper for a bit yesterday. He's figured out that a bit of kicking allows him to do some swift rotating, giving him a very handy 360 degree view of the surroundings. Check out the action shot:
Sorry it's so grainy - it was a bit dark in the corridor, so I had to try and touch the photo up a bit.
Also from yesterday, this shot from "nudey rudey" time (as it's called) in the lounge yesterday. I have a few more shots of him sans clothing, most of which I intend to save for his 21st birthday...
Day 2 of Operation Solids went well, with Bunky knocking back another two or three teaspoons of gross crappy gloop baby rice mixed with milk. He still feigns surprise when the spoon goes into his mouth - which is a bit rich really, given that usually he'll happily shove anything at all into his mouth.
Solids at last
Well, ok - not so much "solids" as "mushy rice-like gloop". He looked pretty confused, but a few mouthfuls actually made it past the bib and into his stomach:
Note the finger pointing in that last shot - he's laying down the law with his mummy...
It was a busy photo day
A few more for Aunty Momo's birthday:
And one from Tummy Time - it started ok, but then George put his head down for a little rest:
